Blueberry Chia Seed Jam


1 cup of frozen or fresh blueberries

2 tbsp chia seeds


METHOD

Place Blueberries and Chia seeds in small sauce pan.

Mash the berries and mix well with Chia seeds.

Let simmer on low heat for about 2 min.

Set aside and let cool down.

Store in air tight container in fridge.
