I know how easy is to keep thinking the next one will be different, and how rewarding is to see the scale going down. But when the guilt, shame and fear strike as soon as it stops working, the problem arises. Healing my relationship with food and my body has changed my entire life. It gave me confidence, happiness and a true fully lived life. 

Now I have the privilege to change the lives of people who feel trapped in a difficult relationship with food and finding it hard to love themselves.
