My baby would eat only junk food and sweets, I was worried that he will become unhealthy and that I am failing as a mum. I didn't know what else to do, so when I commenced therapy with Vera I was willing to try anything. Working with Vera was easy, she understood my frustration and together we came up with a few strategies that made our mealtime more pleasant and my baby boy is now willing to try normal foods. It's a work in progress but the stress and pressure around meals are gone.

We were told to put our 3yo daughter on a diet and watch what she eats because she was in a larger body. We knew there must be a better way how to help her live a healthy life than counting calories. Vera helped us to understand how to build healthy eating habits and help her to live a healthy life. It was a great journey of self-trust and self-discovery for me as a past dieter. We have learned about a new, way better way how to eat and how to feel at peace around any food. My daughter now eats everything and thrives in her life.
