WOW. If I would only knew that making this delicous goodnes takes less than 5 minutes I would have start making this jam way sooner.
On top of the taste of this jam, Raspberries contain strong antioxidants such as Vitamin C, quercetin andgallic acid that fight against cancer, heart and circulatory disease and age-related decline. They are high in ellagic acid, a known chemopreventative, and have been shown to have anti-inflammatory properties.
Raspberry Chia Seed Jam
1 cup of frozen or fresh raspberries
2 tbsp chia seeds
Place Raspberries and Chia seeds in small sauce pan.
Mash the berries and mix well with Chia seeds.
Let simmer on low heat for about 2 min.
Set aside and let cool down.
Store in air tight container in fridge.
