Your session will include various methods of bodywork or stretching to reduce muscular tension. Deep tissue massage is suitable for most individuals, even if no specific condition exists. It is a must for chronic pain or tension sufferers who do not obtain desired relief from the lighter, more relaxation-oriented treatments.

The benefits of deep tissue massage include releasing chronic muscle tension, lowering spasms, treating anxiety, reducing arthritis symptoms, lowering blood pressure and improving recovery from injuries.

Therapeutic massage

This type of massage focuses on muscle relaxation, targeting superficial muscles (rather than the connective tissues targeted in deep-tissue massage) and increasing blood circulation.


One of the primary goals of the Swedish / Therapeutic massage technique is to relax the entire body. This is accomplished by rubbing the muscles with long gliding strokes in the direction of blood returning to the heart. But Swedish massage therapy goes beyond relaxation. Swedish massage is exceptionally beneficial for increasing the level of oxygen in the blood, decreasing muscle toxins, improving circulation and flexibility while easing tension.

Relaxation massage & Aromatherapy

Long smooth gliding strokes that are rhythmic and flowing. The pressure that is deeply relaxing, but not painful. A treatment that is designed to soothe and relax you.

Relaxation massage uses hands-on techniques in combination with mellow music, essential oils to balance and attune your energy fields also increase blood circulation, relieve muscle tension, reduce stress, relieve anxiety, improve sleep, and promote relaxation throughout the entire body.

If you need improvement in health problems from anxiety to poor sleep, you may want to consider aromatherapy. In this kind of treatment, I use extracts from plants called essential oils and apply them into your skin by using long gentle soothing strokes, warm oils with essential oils carefully chosen to suit your needs and preferences.

You have the option to cancel or reschedule your booking at any time up until 12 hours prior to your appointment.

You will be sent a SMS reminder of your upcoming appointment 24h prior to your booking. If you choose to cancel or reschedule your booking within 12 hours of your appointment or you will miss your appointment entirely 50% of the consultation fee will be charged.
