Hey, This is me, Vera...

I love chocolate, bread, I love my dog Finn, husband Roman and I love my life. 

Since I was a child I needed to make people's lives better... Read I was bossing people around because I believed that I can teach them something new or better. 

This stuck to me and years later after graduation our of Uni, holding my Bachelor's degree from Nutrition in my hand thinking what next I just new. 

I knew better than give out meal plans and allowed food lists. Back then I knew that life is more than a diet and restriction and overexercising. I knew that life should be enjoyed and lived, not survived. 

That's when I started to persuade my passion for helping women overcome disordered eating, dieting, emotional eating or to those who got stuck in the undereating, overexercise diet world. 

I chose to live in Freedom and I wanted to allow other women to have the same. 

Now 12 years later my passion hasn't changed, but the urge to spread my vision got stronger. That's when I founded Thrive 2 Shine, the 16-week academy for women taking a charge over food and their life, living in Food Freedom.

Today I am starting a new journey; "Journey to Happiness" which you have been called to take part in. This is the best of my life, my day-to-day happiness and the best things which helped my clients to give up on diet mentality and claim their life back. 

Well, and if I am not changing people's lives I am probably somewhere out, hiking, walking, surfing or eating all with my beloved hubby and our doggy Finn.

I was striving to move forward in my life, launch forward, fly on the dreams I had.

But- I was standing in my own way. I wasn't able to take off because I was keeping

myself stuck and weighted down with EMOTIONAL BINGE EATING.

🚫Diets didn't work- I'd break them the first day.
🚫Restricting myself didn't work- I would eat twice as much when I got it.
🚫Not having it in the house didn't work - I would go buy more as soon as a craving was coming on.

-I was planning my days around my food.😶
-Going after my cravings.
-Deciding if I wanted company or I wanted to binge eat without eyes on me to judge. 🤭
-Planning it out so that when I was sick and miserable afterwards, I wouldn't have to see anyone or be productive the next day. 🤢

I spent over a year and a half doing this. It had gotten progressively worse, because the years before when I was doing it, I could control it in front of other people out of fear of judgment.

Six months ago, I felt like I had LOST CONTROL of my life. I felt utterly HELPLESS when it came to my food addiction, a slave to my cravings. 🥺

I would cry from the overwhelm of GUILT because I didn't see the light at the end of the tunnel. Nothing was working to get my shit under control. The more I put myself down for binging, the more that I binged.

Then, the universe gifted me an introduction to a beautiful soul sister, Vera Prazak, who shared her precious time and experience, and taught me just how deep emotional eating can be rooted in our being and suggested ways to work through it.

I knew I was emotionally eating, of course, but I didn't realize that I could IDENTIFY what the root of the problem was.


First and foremost, I flipped the script. Instead of telling myself or others that " I don't have control over my eating", I started AFFIRMING that "I DO have control over my eating."

I started journaling about food. When a craving popped up, I would stop and take a serious, hard, honest look at what emotion I was feeling and WHY. This process led to deep discoveries about myself.

I was eating to fill my SELF-WORTH VOID inside.

🍦When I was craving ice cream, I was feeling lonely or rejected.
🥨When I was craving chips or pretzels, I was feeling anxious or overwhelmed.
🧀When I was craving cheesy food, I was feeling stressed or sad.
🍷When I was craving alcohol, I was looking for an escape.

Once I identified these, I was able to work through the EMOTIONS in a healthy way instead of trying to lift myself up with food (dopamine hits that only temporarily felt better).

In the last 6 months, I've lost 20 lbs, just from becoming AWARE OF MY ENERGY, RECOGNIZING MY EMOTIONS, and healing the ROOT CAUSE OF MY TRIGGERS.

It wasn't easy.
I shed many tears.
I felt like giving up.
I caved in a few times, after acknowledging that I was aware of the emotional link.
But...gradually, I started feeling better.

I started LOVING MYSELF harder.
My self-worth improved through this process, which led to fewer bouts of swirling negativity that I felt the need to fulfill with food.

I put an end to the cyclic SELF-SABOTAGE with food that I had been battling for years.

What if I can’t make a live training or Q&A call?

Do nt worry, love. All your live trainings and your Q&A calls will be recorded and stored in a private membership group where you can access them any time. They’ll be available 24 hours after a training is live and you can listen at your convenience.
